According to the National Housing Trend Report just released by Realtor.com, home prices and housing demand in 2013 closed stronger compared to 2012. The report also shows that the median list price was 8.1 percent higher, the median age of inventory was down by 5.1 percent and the number of units for sale was unchanged.
